Your role will focus on generating high-quality leads by engaging with communities, building awareness of the ECO4 scheme, and supporting residents through the initial stages of their application process. You'll work within pre-defined areas and have access to full training and marketing support to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote awareness of the ECO4 scheme within designated communities and areas.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on eligibility criteria.
Explain the benefits of available home energy upgrades in a clear and professional manner.
Support individuals in starting their ECO4 application, ensuring accurate and complete information is collected.
Maintain regular communication with the internal team to coordinate follow-ups, assessments, and next steps.
Track leads, appointments, and status updates using CRM tools and reporting software.
Stay up to date with the latest developments and changes in ECO4 legislation and offerings.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated and well-organised.
Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).
Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal supervision.
Tech-savvy: basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
