What's the role about?:
Sales Executive - New Year, New Career!
Full time, Permanent
Salary: 24,000 per annum (up to 28,800 OTE) + Citroen Berlingo van + Incentives
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: Bexleyheath, Gravesend, Orpington, Greenwich, Dartford, Lewisham and surrounds

This is a perfect role for graduates or career changers eager to gain hands-on experience in field sales, marketing, and FMCG.
What You'll Do

• Represent Molson Coors (beer & beverages) and Haribo (confectionery)
• Visit independent and convenience stores across your territory

• Build strong relationships with store teams and owners

• Promote products, create eye-catching displays, and drive sales

• Support stock levels, visibility, and store engagement

• Share best practices and collaborate with a supportive team

What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or career changer looking to break into sales, FMCG, or field marketing.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Strong communication and people skills

• Confidence in building relationships

• Motivation, organisation, and a target-driven mindset

• A passion for learning and growing in a sales career

• A full UK driving licence for 12+ months (essential - van provided)

• 24,000 per annum + 20% KPI-based bonus opportunity (up to 28,800 OTE)
