We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The leisure industry is a lively, fun one to be in and we give you full use of our spas, saunas and pool tables too.
This role demands a proactive individual who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record in telemarketing or software sales. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and markets.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Utilise Salesforce or similar software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximise outreach efforts.
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our brand and establish connections.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients.
Previous experience in sales, particularly high end sales, is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients quickly.
A self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
You will be working as part of a small team, between 2-3 days a week, including weekends.
