THE ROLE

A Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the store team in seeking opportunities to maximize sales and profitability

They are accountable for achieving this by;

- Reflecting a credible and professional brand image to all customers

- Maximizing sales through selling and providing an excellent customer experience

- Processing transactions effectively, accurately and efficiently

- Tailor making each experience to meet consumer needs

- Having a thorough understanding of daily, weekly & monthly individual / team targets

- Upholding a professional & clean working environment

- Immaculate appearance

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process is 3 stage exercise

Firstly

Candidates are required to apply for this role with a CV & Cover letter (recommended)

Stage 1

Applications will be reviewed and successful candidates will be contacted to arrange an interview via Zoom

Stage 2

Successful Candidates will be invited for a paid trial

Stage 3

After a successful trial, contracts will be signed and a week of shadowed training will commence.

Lowest Earning Sales Executive @ Mood London - 24,000.00 pa

Higher Earning Sales Executive @ Mood London - 40,000.00 pa

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 23,000.00 per year
