Gold Crest Chartered Surveyors (part of Novello Group) has an exciting new opportunity to join us as a sales executive in our Epsom office.

This will be a full-time role Monday-Friday between 9:00-17:30. The role is purely phone based and not face-to-face sales.
You will be entitled to 25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.
About the Company:
We are a modern independent firm of RICS registered Chartered Surveyors.
As surveyors, we act for individuals undertaking surveys (HomeLevel Reports and Novello Plus Building Surveys) to assist customers nationwide, when they are buying a property to identify any issues.
We also undertake residential valuations for various purposes, such as inheritance tax, divorce, shared ownership, taxation, and accounting, and people looking to extend the leases on their flats.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to sales enquiries via phone and email, advising customers, answering their questions and assisting them with their specific requirements
Outgoing sales calls target of around 100 calls per day to warm leads
Meet individual sales targets by ensuring maximum responsiveness and nurturing enquiries
Maintain a knowledge of our services and provide a high-end service to all prospective customers
Maintain communication with our referrers, ensuring they are kept informed about the progression of their referral
Timely and accurate record keeping on bespoke CRM system, ensuring all communications with customers are recorded
Managing the handover process to our booking team, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer
Required Experience:
Previous sales experience essential
Ability to work under pressure to achieve results and hit targets
Estate Agency experience would be advantageous but not essential
Ability to work in a team and contribute to a dynamic team environment
Basic knowledge in surveying/property would be beneficial, but not compulsory (full training will be given)

25,000 basic
50,000 uncapped OTE (commission based)
