Responsibilities:



This will be a full-time role Monday-Friday between 9:00-17:30. The role is purely phone based and not face-to-face sales.

Respond to sales enquiries via phone and email, advising customers, answering their questions and assisting them with their specific requirements Meet individual sales targets by ensuring maximum responsiveness and nurturing enquiries Maintain a knowledge of our services and provide a high-end service to all prospective customers Maintain communication with our referrers, ensuring they are kept informed about the progression of their referral Timely and accurate record keeping on bespoke CRM system, ensuring all communications with customers are recorded Managing the handover process to our booking team, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer

Skills:


- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and sales data
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on achieving revenue targets
- Experience using a CRM software to manage leads and customer relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Ideal Candidate would have experience in the property industry


We offer competitive pay packages with the scope of growth and development in the company. The OTE for this role is up to 50k based on current statistics however, this is uncapped.

You will be entitled to 25 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,500.00-50,000.00 per year
