The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to meeting sales targets. Proficiency in Microsoft packages and experience in Sales/Recruitment are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Utilise CRM to manage sales activities, track progress, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that drive sales.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Packages for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
Strong command of English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for communicating with diverse clients.
Experience in telemarketing or similar sales roles, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections in the sales process.
