We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, both in English and Spanish, and a passion for sales. You will utilise various software tools, including Salesforce, to manage leads and track performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments.
Present products and services effectively to potential clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
Utilise Salesforce to manage customer information, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in learning about new products and market trends.
