Sales Executive - Taplanes Ltd



Location:

Harrogate (Hybrid - 4 days in the office, 1 day at home)

Salary:

26,000 - 28,000 DOE + Commission/Bonus + 25 days holiday + Private Pension Scheme + Sales Training + Career Progression

Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with a 30-minute lunch break

Start Date:

The Role:


We are looking for a proactive and resilient Sales Executive to join our team. You will focus on generating new business with end users, driving sales through outbound calls, emails, social media engagement, and occasional travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively identify and approach potential customers via phone, email, and social channels. Develop a strong understanding of our products and their benefits to effectively communicate with prospects. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system. Work closely with the New Business Manager (reporting directly to them) to achieve sales targets. Attend occasional site visits to engage with potential customers.

About You:



No formal sales experience is required, but customer service experience is an advantage. Confident communicator with strong phone skills and resilience in outbound work. Quick learner with a technical mindset or the ability to adapt to product knowledge quickly. Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems. Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving targets. Driving licence preferred but not essential.
