Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to join our young and fast-growing family packaging business. You will work closely with and be mentored by a director as you deliver sales growth and provide an excellent customer experience.

The role is focused on new business growth so you will need to be enthusiastic, hungry and driven to succeed. We will support this with on-going monthly training by a fantastic external sales coach. We are building a team where we win together, and success will be rewarded...

Previous experience within the (Food) packaging Industry is essential, ideally within flexible films (Vacuum pouch, Shrink bags, Thermoforming films, Stand-up pouches etc.) or selling into the wholesale butchery, cheese or ready meal sectors. Full product training will be given.

Duties

Developing new business 80% and managing existing accounts 20%

Commission paid

Building long lasting relationships with your customers Grow sales within existing business by identifying new products lines Maintain company HubSpot CRM system Achieving monthly sales. Monthly reviews

Ideal candidate:

Able to prospect, network and identify new leads Have excellent customer service skills Be honest, resilient and internally motivated to succeed

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in customer facing sales role is preferred.

Previous experience within the food packaging Industry is essential*
Excellent communication skills Ability to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision. Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks Excellent time-management skills with an eye for accuracy and detail. Good commercial awareness.

Pay: 25,000.00-31,000.00 per year
