Job Description

Founded in 2017, SwissTimepieces is a family owned business and one of the largest independent high-end watch retailers in the North West, UK. We are currently based in the South Lakes, offering an exclusive appointment only experience to our clients whom travel from up and down the country to visit us, whilst also operating via our incredibly popular Luxury Watch online store. We have now moved to our brand new Kendal Showroom and office in order to aid our rapid growth. We are looking for great people who want to be a part of our exciting journey.

As specialists in the luxury watch market, we are looking for a Sales Executive who can bring energy and passion to our already successful team, giving our clients the personal customer experience.

This position is also open for a Junior Sales Executive to come onboard and develop within the role or we welcome applicants with more experience

You will be responsible for building rapport from the outset, show exceptional customer service and awareness of each individual solution our clients desire, taking them on a professional journey from initial contact.

Responsibilities:



Serve customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and lifestyle, and effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our luxury watch collections. Drive sales through proactive engagement with customers via phone, email, CRM and online chat, guiding them through the purchasing process and providing expert product advice. Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, product offerings, and promotional activities to identify opportunities for competitive positioning and sales growth. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge of our watch collections, including technical specifications, materials, and design features, to confidently address customer inquiries and enhance the shopping experience. Facilitate and host appointments for customers at our Kendal Headquarters. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, follow-up, and personalized communication, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Maintain accurate records of sales interactions, customer inquiries, and order transactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and effective sales pipeline management. Work confidently alongside our media team to film product content for our social channels and website. Experience being on camera desirable.*
Report to our Sales Manager and work as a team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Previous experience as a Sales Executive in a luxury watch company, luxury brand or high-end retail environment is highly desirable. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations. Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal, written and communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to flourish in a competitive industry. Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers remotely. Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, demonstrating resilience, determination and initiative. Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Driving License (preferred)*.
Must have the right to work within the UK.
