Duties
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate leads and secure appointments.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance.
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening, providing appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and maximise lead generation efforts.
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
