We're Hiring: Customer Re-Engagement Sales Specialist!
Exporta are on a mission to reconnect with our customers and remind them why they chose us in the first place. If you're a persuasive communicator with a passion for people and a knack for sales, we want you on our team!
What You'll Do:
Reach out to former customers via phone, email, and other channels
Understand their past experiences and identify current needs
Offer solutions, and reignite interest in our products/services
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to tailor re-engagement strategies
What You Bring:
Experience in sales or customer success (bonus if it involves reactivation or retention)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
self-motivated and strong problem-solving abilities
A results-driven attitude and resilience in the face of objections
CRM experience and a willingness to learn
Job Type: Full-time
