PayByPhone is part of the Global Corpay^ Group.What youxe2x80x99ll be doing:We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales through contacting our existing customers to up-sell our PayByPhone products and services on a full-time, permanent basis in our fully modernised Knaresborough office. In this role you will:

• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to introduce our valued added products/services and generate sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.

What wexe2x80x99re looking for:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role. You can demonstrate what success looks like in an Inside Sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High levels of resilience, the ability to handle objections
• The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
