Proficiency and experience with telemarketing and CRM software is desirable.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote products or services.
Utilise in-house software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Proficient in using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing sales processes.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques for improving sales performance.
