About the Role:
To support the existing sales team, we require someone to be managing telephone enquiries, website enquiries and general front of house enquiries. Direct selling to customer within the showroom of furniture / smaller home improvement installs.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales support, customer care and some marketing related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers to the showroom and assisting with Retail furniture, extensions and windows and doors. Training will be provided on our product ranges
Managing and responding to incoming enquiries from all channels (in-store, website, phone, and social media)
Qualifying online leads and booking appointments for our sales team for conservatories, extensions, windows and doors.
Supporting the customer journey from initial enquiry through to purchase, delivery coordination, and aftercare for all Retail sales
Assisting with showroom layout, styling, and maintenance
Unpacking and labelling new deliveries and keeping displays presentable
Responding to messages and comments on our social channels
Assisting with promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal marketing
Supporting with general admin and ad-hoc tasks as required
About You:
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
Great at communicating and building rapport, both in person and online
Comfortable handling incoming leads and qualifying opportunities
Well-organised, self-motivated, and happy to work independently
Basic IT/computer skills (email, content uploads, online tools)
Able to work weekends and adapt to busy trading periods
