This role is all about building strong relationships, securing new contracts, and helping to expand the reach of the services we already provide, while also identifying where we can introduce new solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
?????o?????Identify and approach new business opportunities
?????o?????Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
?????o?????Promote and expand awareness of our services
?????o?????Work closely with the team to understand client needs and deliver solutions
?????o?????Help develop and grow new service areas where possible
What We're Looking For:
?????o?????Previous experience in sales or business development (preferably B2B)
?????o?????Strong communication and negotiation skills
?????o?????Self-driven and proactive, with a professional and confident approach
?????o?????Organised, with good follow-up and relationship-building abilities
?????o?????Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based role
?????o?????Experience using a CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate client records
?????o?????Ability to confidently use all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
?????o?????Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
?????o?????Must be punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
