We're looking for a

Sales Executive

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to deliver innovative logistics solutions -- including same-day, next-day, and fulfilment services -- to a diverse range of clients.

What You'll Be Doing:



Generating and qualifying new business leads across our service portfolio

Driving revenue growth through proactive new client acquisition

Creating compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs

Managing and updating our

HubSpot CRM



Reporting weekly sales activity and contributing to monthly board reports

Conducting targeted outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms

Working closely with our operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding

Key Performance Indicators:



Monthly new business revenue targets

Lead conversion and client acquisition metrics

Qualified meeting and proposal numbers

Weekly outreach and engagement activity

Client satisfaction and retention rates

What We're Looking For:



Proven B2B sales experience

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Working knowledge of the logistics industry (preferred)

Experience using CRM systems -- HubSpot is a big plus!

A proactive, self-motivated mindset and strong commercial acumen
