Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Bengali, enabling them to effectively engage with a diverse clientele. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building, utilising software tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth. Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments. Present products and services to clients, tailoring presentations to meet their specific needs. Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

Proficiency in using software applications, particularly Salesforce. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly desirable. Ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone through telemarketing efforts. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve sales targets. A team player who is also capable of working independently when required.
