We are looking for a motivated and highly organised Sales Executive to join our team. This is an office-based role focused on managing inbound enquiries, updating CRM systems, and supporting the rental process through to completion - without the requirement to attend or conduct viewings.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and web platforms, ensuring all leads are responded to promptly and professionally.
Qualify leads, understand tenant requirements, and match them with suitable available studios.
Coordinate with the team to schedule and confirm viewings.
Track all interactions and lead progress accurately in the CRM system (HubSpot).
Issue offer letters, follow up with prospects, and assist in preparing documentation.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. operations, finance) to ensure smooth move-in processes.
Maintain a clear understanding of available studios, pricing, and upcoming availability across the portfolio.
Support occupancy targets by actively following up on warm leads and re-engaging past enquiries.
Assist in compiling data for reporting on lettings activity, conversion rates, and enquiry sources.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a sales support, lettings coordination, or property admin role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills and a confident, friendly phone manner.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong written communication and follow-up skills.
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
