Key Responsibilities:



Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement. Conduct research to understand potential client needs and pain points, tailoring messaging accordingly. Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and campaigns. Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, delivering a positive and professional experience.

Requirements:



1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role (PropTech experience is a bonus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to meet and exceed targets. Self-starter with a growth mindset and willingness to learn. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is preferred. Passion for technology and innovation in the real estate sector.

Salary:

The basic is 25,000 plus commission, which should be at least 41,000 if you hit the minimum target.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-70,000.00 per year
