Duties

Assist in identifying and engaging potential customers through various channels. Learn to present and demonstrate products effectively to meet customer needs. Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing excellent service. Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.

Experience

A strong desire to pursue a career in sales or customer service is essential. Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, is preferred.
