Sales Executive
to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for a confident salesperson who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You'll be working with customers who are happy to invest in home improvements like
insulation, solar panels, and heating systems
-- even if they don't qualify for government funding.
What You'll Be Doing:
Engaging with warm leads and responding to customer enquiries
Conducting home or virtual consultations to understand customer needs
Presenting tailored energy efficiency solutions and pricing options
Following up on leads and managing your sales pipeline
Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs
Delivering excellent customer service throughout the journey
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience (Energy, or similar preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
