Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales, customer facing sales, and/or estate agency experience.

As the first point of contact for all sales enquiries at our park, you will manage the complete holiday home sales process--from initial enquiry to post-sale follow-up--in line with the company's growth strategy, operational standards, and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities of Holiday Home sales through networking, inbound sales enquiries, and referrals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Schedule and conduct viewings, providing clear and helpful information to prospective buyers Utilise FLG (internal sales system) to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and generate reports Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Skills

Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a similar role Knowledge of a home selling/buying process Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Please note that this role will require you to travel between 2 locations, so a driving license is essential
