The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively communicating our product offerings. Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Utilise our CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our offerings.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections and promote brand awareness.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with a diverse clientele.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and experience in utilising Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
