Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires excellent communication skills, to effectively engage with diverse clients. The Sales Executive will utilise Salesforce software to manage leads and track sales performance, ensuring a streamlined approach to achieving targets.

Duties



To identify the traits of the ideal customer through active market research and developing long term relationships with customers through managing their requirements. To maintain customer satisfaction in terms of their needs, quality, price and delivery; 3) Maintain in depth knowledge of the products offered to effectively communicate their benefits and features to customers; 4) Monitor stock levels and work with the Operations team to ensure the deliveries are on time; 5) Provide pre-sales assistance and be the right solution provider for the customer and assure after sales support. 6) Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts with clients to close deals that are profitable for the company; 7) Prepare daily and monthly reports by analysing and summarising information and review sales performance to achieve targets.

Experience



Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A passion for sales and a commitment to continuous professional development in the field.
