As we continue to grow, we're now looking to add a

Sales Representative

Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for new customers. This is a consultative role that combines passion for design with genuine customer care.

Responsibilities:

Generate and convert sales enquiries from homeowners, developers, interior designers, and kitchen retailers Work closely with our design and production teams to quote accurately and ensure smooth order flow Build and maintain lasting relationships with trade clients and contractors Confidently showcase our materials and services to walk-in clients at our Manchester showroom Follow up on leads from website, phone, and email enquiries Keep systems up to date with your activity and pipeline Attend industry events, exhibitions, and network to grow your client base Stay up to date on product trends, finishes, and competitor pricing

What You'll Need (To Rock This Role):

A natural people person with the ability to build rapport quickly Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) Previous experience in

sales, interiors, construction, or a trade environment

(stone experience is a bonus, but not essential - we'll teach you the ropes!) A flair for design and understanding of luxury materials Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets Highly organised with strong attention to detail Driving licence required
