Sales Executive - Albert's Schloss

Salary:12.60 per hour + Tronc + Bonus

?We're looking for someone to join us as a Sales Executive for Albert's Schloss Manchester. We need superstars who have worked in a reservations,host or admin role before & who are passionate about hospitality and delivering a world class service to our guests.



What you'll be doing



Managing bookings through Collins - DesignMyNight and answering phone queries Working with the front of house team to ensure booking notes are communicated efficiently Targeting key contacts to encourage bookings Working with the Sales & Events Manager with outreach projects Attending external & pop-up events to promote Albert's Schloss


Who we need



Someone who has a love for great hospitality A genuine desire to go above and beyond and make our guests feel at home & welcome Organised & computer literate Experience with Collins - DesignMyNight would be helpful but not essential
