Position Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at the Crosskeys depot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both telephone and face-to-face sales, with a proven ability to develop new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in South & Mid Wales, Oxfordshire, and Southwest England.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the steel industry. Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and exceptional service. Conduct sales calls and in-person meetings to understand client needs and present suitable product solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications and skills:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the steel or construction materials industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
