We provide cutting-edge RF and drone jamming technology used by clients across the defence, government, and critical infrastructure sectors. As demand grows globally for signal-blocking and anti-drone solutions, we're expanding with a dedicated Sales Executive to take charge of our outbound growth and support our high-profile client base.
This role is ideal for someone commercially sharp, motivated by performance, and confident selling high-value technical products into professional, regulated sectors.
The Role
You'll be responsible for building and managing a high quality sales pipeline with a balance of inbound enquiries and targeted outbound outreach. You'll work closely with the founder to identify new markets, develop relationships with government and private sector buyers, and ultimately close deals that make an impact.
This is not an entry level role. You must be comfortable handling longer sales cycles, engaging senior decision-makers, and communicating clearly in high-trust environments. You will be trained on the technical side of the product.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Respond to inbound leads professionally and convert them into sales
Build and manage relationships with buyers in defence, security, and infrastructure
Attend sales meetings, demos, and trade events (UK & abroad)
Collaborate on strategy to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach
Maintain CRM and track sales activity and pipeline progress
Meet revenue targets and earn performance-based commission
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience (technical product sales preferred)
Confident and articulate communicator
Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
Comfortable working in serious, regulated industries
Able to build trust and present clearly to senior stakeholders
Strong organisation and pipeline management skills
