The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll guide customers through every step of their car-buying journey - no pushy sales tactics, just honest advice, genuine service, and relationship-building. You don't need previous experience in automotive sales - just great communication, confidence, and a passion for people.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to handover Engaging warmly with customers in the showroom and online Advising and supporting customers to find the right vehicle for them Working collaboratively with colleagues and management to meet targets Maintaining a presentable and inviting showroom and forecourt

Who We're Looking For

Confident communicators who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing roles People with experience in hospitality, retail, call centres or sales (but open to all backgrounds) A valid UK driving licence is essential Tech-savvy with strong organisational skills and a calm approach under pressure
