Due to internal promotion we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with a diverse clientele. This role involves utilising software tools, including Pinnacle, to manage customer relationships and drive sales growth. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct prospecting campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Utilise Pinnacle and other software tools to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with Pinnacle or similar CRM software is advantageous.
A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
