We're looking for a driven and customer-focused salesperson to help us expand our reach and deliver solutions to a wider pool of opportunities. More than just sales experience, we're seeking someone whose attitude and values align with our culture--someone eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and promote our full range of communication solutions.
Conduct proactive prospecting through calling, networking, and outreach to generate new leads.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring consistent follow-up.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process--from initial contact and needs assessment to closing deals and after-sales support.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a consultative, client-first approach.

Competitive base salary of circa 30,000 with uncapped commission (OTE in the first year is 50,000)
