Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to generate new opportunities and accelerate revenue growth within our innovative company.

Building Spatial Intelligence is a small Poulton-le-Fylde based company established in 2002. We provide structured and intelligent datasets for strategic estates management, including 2D CAD Floor Plans, 3D BIM, and Pupil Capacity Analysis. Our data-driven solutions help schools, Trusts, and Local Authorities optimise estate planning, admissions, and capital funding applications.

With a strong industry reputation and a growing customer base we are now looking for a sales professional with a consultative telephone, video, and field approach. You will create and deliver structured written proposals and virtual demos to existing customers, and support the Sales Manager in developing our offer in new markets.

Full time basic salary 38,000 -45,000 (DoE), with On Target Earnings of 78,000 uncapped.

The Team and Your Role



You will be joining an established sales team, working alongside the Sales Manager, Telesales Executive, and Telemarketing Executive. You will further collaborate with the Marketing Team to maximise outreach effectiveness and brand engagement. Additionally, you will attend key industry exhibitions and events throughout the year, which will require some overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities



Identify, pitch, qualify, and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including Estates and Operations Managers, MATs, SATs, and Local Authorities Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and cold qualified leads Deliver engaging product presentations and articulate the value of our solutions Proactively assist the Sales Manager to build an efficient sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure Write structured, well-crafted, grammatically correct proposals and quotations tailored to client needs Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM PipeDrive and provide insightful reporting Work alongside the Marketing Team to develop lead-generation campaigns and drive engagement Attend exhibitions and networking events, representing the company and building industry relationships (some overnight stays required) Work alongside the Telesales and Telemarketing executive to develop compelling email and telephone introductions

What We Are Looking For



Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience, preferably in a consultative, B2B environment Knowledge and experience in the education estates sector Strong experience in outbound telephone sales, cold calling, and lead generation Confidence in engaging prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone Experience of creating and delivering structured proposals Ability to present complex data and technical information in a digestible way Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail High level of organisational and coordination skills Track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth Experience selling to Multi Academy Trusts, Local Authorities, and Estates & Operations Managers Strong LinkedIn presence and ability to create engaging content PipeDrive CRM proficiency and ability to track and optimise sales performance Experience in consultative and strategic selling
The successful candidate will be a confident and natural communicator, and be positive, energetic and team-oriented. Full training is provided on current sales tools and methodologies.
