We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and telemarketing,. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to identify potential leads and convert them into customers.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
Utilise CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer information, and reporting on performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
4 days per week
At least 5 years sales/telesales experience
OTE - 60k per annum
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role is essential.
Strong communication skills in English
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.
A passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets.
