Key Responsibilities
Sell the above qualifications B2B to organisations across the UK.
Engage L&D teams, training managers, and compliance departments.
Deliver virtual consultations to match training needs to qualifications.
Meet monthly sales targets starting in month one with increasing goals over the 6-month probation.
Manage full sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, CRM tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless learner onboarding.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience selling NVQs or similar vocational qualifications B2B.
Must have experience in the construction and utilities sectors (gas, water, electrical, civil).
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Confident, proactive, and able to operate independently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be UK-based and eligible to work.
