We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Duties
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including telemarketing and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.
Utilise our sales CRM system to track sales activities, manage customer information, and report on sales performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
Proficiency in using software tools such as job logic & salesforce for managing sales processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and achieving targets.
