Role Overview:
As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for managing sales operations at a designated site. Your primary focus will be driving pre-booked revenue, maintaining customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies set by the Sales Team Supervisor and Head of Sales. You will play a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding experience for visitors while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
Manage pre-booked sales for your assigned site, ensuring targets are met.
Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to promote packages, events, and group bookings.
Execute sales campaigns and promotions as directed by the Sales Team Supervisor.
Outreach, including visits to prospective leads to secure bookings
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Promote loyalty programs, repeat visits, and corporate bookings.
3. Lead Management & Follow-Ups
Handle incoming leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into bookings.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities
4. Site Coordination & Reporting
Liaise with the park's on-site management team to ensure smooth event execution.
Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to the Sales Team Supervisor.
Provide insights on customer preferences and suggest improvements to sales strategies.
5. Sales Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve the customer booking journey.
Follow best practices in objection handling, closing techniques, and upselling.
Required Skills & Experience:
Essential:
1+ years of experience in a sales office or customer service environment.
Strong communication and persuasion skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage leads, follow up effectively, and close sales.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred but Not Essential:
Experience in a hospitality or leisure environment.
Background in event or group sales.
Driving license

Leeds (LS14 - Free Parking)
Working Hours/Days:
Monday-Friday,
Between 9-5pm. (37 hours per week including breaks)
Occasional travel required to visit sites / prospective bookings
Occasional weekend work may be required with notice
Rate of Pay:
12.50p/h, with bonus structure & performance-based incentives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
