JLR Sidcup is looking for a sales executive to join their team.
The Job
Guide customers through a seamless journey, from the initial welcome to negotiation and the handover of their purchased vehicle.
Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry database.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and continuously enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions.
Recommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences.
Ensure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up.
Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals.
About You
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships.
Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team's success.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs.
Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
On Offer
Basic Salary is 24k, OTE 50k. Plus, a company car comes as part of the package.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0830-1800, Saturdays 0830-1700 with a day off in the week. You will be expected to work one Sunday in 3, 1000-1600.
