Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and driving sales growth. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment whilst putting customer service at the heart of their day. This role is based in our Sleaford showroom, however will be required to cover our East Bridgford Showroom 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs

- Present product demonstrations and proposals to potential clients

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Experience:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2C environment

- Strong communication skills in English

- Proficiency in using software applications such as Salesforce or other CRM systems

- Excellent telemarketing skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone

- Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential clients

- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong negotiation and closing skills
