Windsors have a fantastic opportunity, looking to hire a Sales Executive for our FIAT Car Showroom based at our Heswall site. Open to all applicants - Trainee or an Experienced Sales Executive.

The candidate will work within our Sales Department operating New & Used Car Sales, supported by a Line Manager, x2 colleague Sales Executives and Managerial Team. Windsors will provide full training and a support network to encourage ability, and progression.

Our Sales Executives whether experienced or training, are the first point of contact for customers both existing and new enquiring to our dealership to purchase a vehicle. Fundamentals for any customer facing staff member within Windsors include professionalism, politeness and confidence with people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining a satisfactory level of performance in relation to sales targets. Maintaining a satisfactory level of professionalism and customer service conduct. Develop and maintain long term customer relationships with both existing and new customers. Generating and prospecting leads of all forms. Listening to customers and presenting appropriate options for them. Reviewing your sales performance and adapting to customer and company requirements. Arranging finance packages and products purchases. Competence within IT. Compliance and process adherence. Face to Face, Email & Telephone communication.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Communication & Customer Service skills. IT Ability. Customer confidence to deal with a variety of customers to a High Standard, building long term relationships. Ability to work alone & as part of a team. Highly presentable. Great organisational & time keeping ability. Skills within Sales, Conversation, Negotiation, Calculations, Closing, Solution Objections.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4:30pm, operating a 5 1/2 Day week with 1/2 Day Off and every Sunday off. Experience required for FULL Sales Executive Role and wage to be negotiated. No experience required for Trainee position. Full training will be provided whichever role is hired for. Full, Clean Driving License essential.
