The Role



This unique opportunity offers candidates the potential to develop their existing career as a dynamic sales executive, enabling ongoing research reach in the global telecom sector for Kaleido Intelligence and Mobilesquared respectively.

You will possess a keen interest in the telecom sector, the ability to quickly build rapport, the capacity to build knowledge quickly and excellent communication skills.

You will help in the day-to-day engagement with both Kaleido and Mobilesquared prospective clients worldwide. You will help build and manage your sales pipeline, selling the full range of products, including research reports, subscriptions and consulting services. You'll also actively engage with and manage a pipeline of sales activity.

You will be a strong team player, with a high degree of self-competence and willingness to take ownership of tasks. You will also have the opportunity to engage with Kaleido and Mobilesquared global accounts and research contributors, including the largest global Mobile Operators and Service Providers.

Successful candidates will receive flexible routes for progression as your career develops. Training will be provided in all aspects of the role. There is potential for international travel, at leading industry events across the telecom sector held at various locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:



Developing new commercial leads for research reports, subscriptions and consulting services. Utilising Kaleido & Mobilesquared activities at physical & virtual industry events, alongside ongoing report launches to educate prospective leads on the benefits of each business's leading research. Management and weekly reporting of pipeline progression towards weekly and monthly KPIs. Consistently meeting monthly KPIs. Managing two separate sales pipelines for Kaleido and Mobilesquared respectively. Day-to-day communication with members of our key accounts and research participants.

Personal Attributes:



Previous experience in sales is essential for this role.

Interest in the telecom sector. Previous working experience in the telecom sector or data analytics is desirable but not essential. Enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident. Articulate, with excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Ability to take ownership of projects and be a trusted team member. Organised, productive, and able to meet targets consistently. Quality conscious with a high attention to detail. A friendly team player. Task orientated and goal driven.

Skills:



Excellent computer skills with hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge and use of CRM systems e.g. Hubspot, Active Campaign etc

Ability to demonstrate software.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.

Excellent presentation skills.

Role type, logistical details & benefits:



Kaleido is open to a flexible work schedule, based on your circumstances.

Competitive remuneration. Basic salary between 26,000.00 to 30,000.00 depending on experience.

On Target earnings of approx. 40,000.00 per annum. Uncapped commission structure.

Hours: 37.5hrs per week, with flexibility in how this is managed as long as you are able to meet your work commitments.
