What will you do?



When you join Nestle Sales Graduate Scheme you will embark on an exciting 2-year journey that provides hands-on experience into understanding how a fast-paced commercial environment operates within a leading FMCG organisation. You will interact with a range of teams and work across a breadth of placements which could include sales operations, eCommerce, field sales, and account management.





You'll tackle commercial challenges while receiving guidance from expert mentors. We'll help you to develop your core sales knowledge by providing opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and develop strategies that enhance our sales performance.

What will you learn?



Presentation skills: You will be given the tools to deliver impactful story telling presentations to a range of different audiences. Negotiation skills: An important part of any sales career is understanding the art of negotiation to achieve the best possible outcomes for everyone involved. You will be given the foundational skills to develop this, along with practical experiences to apply what you've learnt. Data analysis: Develop your numerical capabilities, sales is not just about selling products it's about understanding and interpreting sales forecasts, demand plans and more. Understand how products are performing and what plans need developing to drive growth. Problem-solving: Tackle issues and understand opportunities that require innovative solutions - from price sensitivities and changing consumer preferences to driving sustainability activities across how we operate. Stakeholder management: Learn how to balance the needs of a range of stakeholders, customers, supply chain, operations and marketing, honing your interpersonal skills in the process.

Eligibility requirements




You will need to have the right to work in the UK that is not time-limited and does not require sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route either at the start of the scheme or on completion.




You'll need to have a degree - this can be in any subject and at any grade. What's also important is your commitment to the scheme and your willingness to learn.





The recruitment journey

If you qualify, we will invite you to complete an online assessment, which you can practice here. Please do not upload a CV, instead we ask you to upload any relevant qualifications to support your application.



Once you have completed this stage, we will notify you if you are selected to attend an assessment day which will be in February or March 2026. Please note as part of the assessment centre you will be asked to prepare a presentation as part of the day which will be given in advance. It may take a little bit of time between assessment stages to get back to you, we really appreciate your patience.
