Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Present products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating their value effectively
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop strategies that enhance sales performance
Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the organisation's offerings
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or a related role is preferred but not essential; a strong desire to learn is equally valued
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software or similar tools is advantageous but not mandatory
A valid driver's licence is desirable for client visits and networking events
