A successful and growing estate agency in the Haverhill area is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team.

In this dual-role position, you'll be responsible for driving both sales and lettings success, building relationships with clients and applicants, and working as part of a supportive, ambitious team.

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered:

Basic Salary circa 25,000 DOE Realistic OTE: 40,000+ Career progression Ongoing training & support

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, your duties will be:

Registering and managing applicant enquiries Conducting viewings and securing offers/applications Building and maintaining strong client relationships Achieving monthly sales and lettings targets Delivering a 5-star customer experience from start to finish

To be considered for the Sales & Lettings role, you must have:


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Ideally experience within Estate Agency (Either Sales or Lettings) Highly organised, proactive, and a great team player Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are a must
