Salary - 20,000 - 22,000 + Com OTE 30,000 - 32,000
Hours - Monday - Friday 8:45pm - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm 5-day week, day off in lieu when Saturday worked.
Driver & own car required
Are you a Sales or Lettings Negotiator keen to further your career with a leading independent estate agent in the charming Petts Wood area? This is your chance to join a well-established company, renowned for over 20 years of exceptional service and strong community presence. They are looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established team with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the field.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve liaising with clients, negotiating sales and Lettings, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, as is a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
To excel in this role, the successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and has a genuine passion for property and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales and Lettings Branch Manager in driving business growth.

• Targeted monthly Sales and Lettings new business deals.

• Personal commission on all agreed deals directly responsible for, plus commission from solicitor and financial service successful referrals.

• Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Always ensuring excellent customer service.

• Working alongside the Branch Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales or Lettings within an estate agency.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
