We are looking for someone enthusiastic, innovative and motivated to lead our Sales team as a

Sales Manager

. You will be managing a team of Sales Executives in a fast-paced environment, working towards your own targets and monitoring your team's targets You will be focussed on ensuring our teams remain fully engaged and supported, and our customers receive the best possible experience.

What we're looking for in a Sales Manager:

Previous sales management experience (preferred) Previous franchised dealership experience (preferred) Ability to work towards and successfully achieving targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Team leader with a positive and adaptable attitude Comfortable using digital tools and systems Full clean UK driver's licence.

Key job areas of the Sales Manager role:

Manage a large team of Customer Consultants to achieve key targets Selling new and used vehicles and related products Maintain high customer focus levels Monitor staff training needs Ensure compliance and company standards Work as a full member of the dealership team
