Sales Manager

to lead our sales function across our

Manchester and Reading offices

Key Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities:



Lead, coach, and manage a dispersed sales team across both offices. Drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns aimed at both existing clients and new prospects. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and support company growth. Contribute to the broader leadership team, supporting business-wide decisions and strategic planning. Monitor and analyse performance metrics, reporting on progress to senior management. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure continued success.

Requirements:



Minimum

5 years' experience as a Sales Manager

within the

Audio Visual industry

. Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets. Experience managing geographically dispersed teams. Strong understanding of AV and videoconferencing technologies and the industry landscape. Strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Comfortable with regular travel between offices and to client sites.
