As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced sales manager to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading our sales strategy across the UK, growing our customer base, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will work closely with procurement and operations to align supply with demand and bring insight into market trends within the Afro-Caribbean food space.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships
Manage and mentor a small sales team to drive performance
Work closely with marketing to promote seasonal and key products
Provide customer and market feedback to guide product sourcing decisions
Represent the company at trade shows, cultural events, and community expos
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years' experience in food or FMCG sales (wholesale/B2B preferred)
Strong knowledge of Afro-Caribbean products and markets
A solid network of contacts in the ethnic foods retail or hospitality sectors
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, organised, and culturally aware
