Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Manage day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring targets are met consistently.
Communicate regularly with team members to foster a positive working environment and encourage collaboration.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through administrative tasks.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to improve their selling skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team towards success.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Familiarity with administrative tasks related to sales operations is an advantage.
